1. The official translation is "Moonlight scorches, fleeting and bright; Lanterns begin to bloom." but I'm biased and find my own one to flow better lol
   UPDATE: did change it to fit with more of the original TL and still flow with the music
2. The verse is comparing the nameless flower (presumably the floral poison flowers?) to navigational buoys. Specifically the lights on the tip of the buoys
3. How the fuck do you translate "I ask those repetitive waves to stay gentle" in this song
